[vorbis] ogg dates - (curious)

I don't know about the beta1 date, but there's a little error in your
list:

make the last one "pre-RC3" or so and let RC3 be

20011231    RC3

The new modes were put into CVS mainline on Dec. 17th, while RC3 was
released on Dec. 31st. The official release contains a few more fixes,
IIRC.
