[vorbis] Philips && vorbis support

Ogg Vorbis is going to have to become a LOT more
widely used for Philips or any other manufacturer
to take it seriously.  And the average consumer
will have to be convinced of its advantages over
MP3.  Appealing to the open-ness of the algorithms
is enough for most of the current users, but it
won't be enough for the mass market, I'm afraid.
