[vorbis] Pre RC4 changes

I was talking about actual news on the codec development.

http://www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis/
The above page hasn't been updated since December 31st 2001.

www.vorbis.com contains updates on other things, such as programs 
supporting OGG Vorbis, but I haven't read one single line about the 
actual development of the codec or any roadmap or anything...
