[vorbis] streaming ogg audio

i wouln't need exact seeking ability to a certain point in time. we're
streaming audio with a length of over an hour usually. i would just like to
enable the listener to say hey i don't like this part so i skip it and drag
forward of backward the button in the seek bar.
however, winamp doesn't even enables the seek bar.
