[vorbis] When will quality increase be unnoticable?

Agreed.  There are many examples of resources that do not continuously
expand, such as the size of a standard CD-ROM.  Most game developers like
myself are constrained by the size of this medium, and so any decrease in
resource sizes (which also corresponds to an increase in quality at the same
size, as was pointed out repeatedly) is always welcome.
