Nope. I use CDex because it lacks those "features", and if anything
will run VorbisGain or something over them later (which puts a tag in
the file saying "normalise by XdB", rather than editing the sound
data). CDex has also come out with Vorbis 1.0 quickly, 1.5b6 has it.
