[vorbis] winamp bitrate (kbps) display wrong

  Well I noticed this too the other day and it is definately not 
displaying the average.  I thought I must have encoded with a higher 
quality setting than -q4 because it was almost always hanging around 
150-160.  I checked the average and it was 130.
