[vorbis] version number

I think you're confusing two different things.  The "version" field set to 0
means that this is a vorbis 1 type stream.  The next version of vorbis (i.e.
one that would require a new _decoder_) would have that field set to 1 and
be Vorbis 2, for example.  I think you are more concerned with which release
of vorbis 1 you have.  That can easily be obtained from the vendor string
which includes the build date and also happens to say Vorbis I.
