[vorbis] Problems Building Ogg Vorbis RC3

Thanks to the NetBSD-Help mailing list, I discovered that
the current NetBSD pkgsrc has the new Ogg Vorbis tools. It
downloaded the Ogg Vorbis source code, applied any needed
patches, and compiled them for me. Easy as pie.
