Ogg is a container format designed for streaming media (audio/video/text/smells/etc).
Vorbis is a lossy audio codec. It is almost always stored inside an Ogg
bitstream.
Some day, you'll be able to get Ogg movies, which will just be a Tarkin
(video) substream and a Vorbis (audio) substream multiplexed into the same Ogg
file. (And maybe subtitles in a text stream yet to be defined.)
