I wasn't suggesting that ABR or CBR-like capabilities be removed. I was
suggesting that the switch be changed from -b to something else, so that
people who are in the habit of using -b will get an error, and have to
look at the docs (or at least oggenc --help), which would tell them up
front that the quality settings are a better way to go for most
purposes. The idea here is to encourage the use of the new features.
Those who really want ABR/CBR could use the new switch, whatever it may
be (--abr, perhaps).
