[vorbis] ReplayGain support for Vorbis

There appears to be something wrong with ReplayGain.exe.
With 2 ogg files in the folder:
I ran> replaygain Track01.ogg
That worked fine.
I then ran> replaygain -q *.ogg
And it returned> Input does not appear to be an Ogg bitstream.

-q worked fine on the files when specified individually so files are not
corrupt.
