MP3 decoders should be bit-for-bit accurate, I believe.  Mark Taylor had
tested this at one point while he was fixing bugs in lame (some turned
out to be decoder bugs).

Vorbis decoders should vary in roundoff error, but this has no impact on
quality.  Since every vorbis decoder (except jorbis and the hipzip one)
is basically the same except for platform differences, it shouldn't be
an issue either.

The other formats are likely much less tested than either vorbis or mp3,
in part because much of the code is closed, etc.  So I don't have any
idea about them.
