As an aside, we're still trying to reproduce that bug.  It doesn't appear when
we compile for Linux.  If someone can reproduce it on a Windows box (see bug
#103 at bugs.xiph.org) and debug it, we would be very appreciative.  :)

That will be in libvorbis, not oggenc actually.  Oggenc just hands audio data
to libvorbis for the actual compression work.
