[vorbis] APPLAUD.WAV problems

Does this mean it is possible to peel down lossless stereo to lossy 
stereo?  I always was afraid that peeling down a -q 10 file to e.g. -q 2 
size wouldn´t give "native -q 2" quality as lossless coupling is nothing 
but a joke at such low bitrates... Great "news" if I´m wrong!
