I can't duplicate the problem here.  I removed all tags and added a 
generic tag followed by an ARTIST & TITLE & all appears correctly.  If 
you have another file that shows up the problem, try using VorbisComment 
-l filename.ogg & let me know the output.  If it looks OK then you may 
have to send the file to me, or at least the first 1000 bytes or so.
