Maybe you're using winamp3, I think.
If you're saying about non-english tag info, here's the solution:
First, you need to install it with 'Internationalization'. Second, turn
off two options, 'Enable UTF8 Internationalizaion' and Use bitmap
fonts', in the preference. (See UTF8 Internationalization tab)
But if it is about playing a non-english-named ogg file, then install a
latest one. (build 488+)
