[vorbis] oggdropXPd.exe crashes when resampling is activated

Hi Martin,
oggdropXPd was my development of the original oggdrop on the basis that I
liked the idea, but thought it needed added functionality to become really
useful. I appreciate your remarks about the old version still being offered
at vorbis.com, but historically, the binaries offered have not been updated
between releases of the libraries. I guess the status of oggdropXPd is that
it is unofficial, but with some sort of official blessing!!

If you have suggestions for improvements/changes, by all means post them
here, or you can mail me direct, of your can visit
http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php and enter into the various
discussions there about all manner of audio related stuff.
