[vorbis] normalising vorbis

One way of doing it would be to pass the files through OggDropXPd and using
the "Apply Scale Factor Of : " thing. But then you'll get a teeny bit of
generational loss. But not much.

Another way to do it would be to turn up the amplification on the line
you're recording from/into. Just make sure you got decent recording
equipment or you'll get that really bad earth buzz sound.
