[vorbis] Corrupted OGGs (Winamp or Mac OS?)

Peter P.'s in_vorbis.dll (the official Nullsoft one, and sorry for not
writing his full name - those eastern names give me a hard time :) )
always did things right and never something stupid like ID3 - it's a
great Vorbis decoder.

Point is, Winamp screwing up here is very unlikely.
