[vorbis] VLC Ogg Support

I just received an e-mail from some of the people working on the VLC 
project (http://www.videolan.org an opensource divx, mpeg, DVD, VCD and 
video over LAN player) and apparently the next version, 0.5.0 will have 
full support of Ogg Vorbis audio.  This is one of the most widely used 
Divx players and THE most widely used one for Mac OS X users.  
Hopefully this will lead the way to more and more support of Ogg in 
mainstream software.
