The maths is going a little to weird for me to figure out the proper
equation, but most of the quality levels work (kinda), with some of them
going weird.

http://galileo.spaceports.com/~djdij/vorbis/index.html is the location of
the calculator

the maths work to calculate the bitrate is in "bitrate.js"
The bugs are mainly located in "bitrate.js" when the quality ranges have
bitrates ranging more than 16kbps,
plus two others:

1) When loading in IE, a javascript error is reported- i think this relates
to my lazy use of javascript to write selectable values for the Time
variables
2) It doesn't work in Mozilla

It would be very nice if someone could take a look at the "bitrate.js" file
and point out where the maths is wrong.

<p>PS
1) i tried fixing the maths for the higher q levels, but gave up when it
started giving me a headache, so the maths isn't more than 100kbps off at
most.
2) i had it working when i specified only 11 quality levels, and specified
the bitrates for them. I really don't wanna end up specifying 1101 different
bitrates (which i started to do, then gave up cos it took too long, and then
theres the thing with the future improvements to the format lowering the
bitrates for the quality levels, so that i'd have to type out 1101 new
bitrates.
