I have working javascript code to calculate the bitrate, and it works.
After tracking down a slight mistake in coding, i've made it fairly
accurate.
Once i've got it working properly, i'll stick it on my spaceports account so
other people can verify it works.
Then if people decide it isn't accurate enough, i'll just figure out the
loop code to let the user decide the degree of accuracy (atm, its working in
ranges of 100, going from q-1 to q-0.01 etc).
Then i'll start working on one for managed bitrates, which will be a whole
lot easier (in theory at least).
Finally, i'll modify it for people using icecast sources.
