You should also be able to use -r <tag> where <tag> is one of
vorbis1_0_public_release, vorbis1_0_public_release_candidate_3,
vorbis1_0_public_release_candidate_2,
decoder_1_0_public_release_candidate_1,
release_1_0_beta_4, etc.
