If you have Windows, you can try:

1. Attila Padar's AudioCVw based on v1.0 which has coupled/uncoupled
switch - http://mpxplay.cjb.net

2. My RC3 compiled OggEnc which has phase information cutoff frequecy
raised from 6 kHz to 16 kHz -

3. Garf Tuned RC2 which also has (among others) raised phase information
cutoff frequency -
http://sjeng.sourceforge.net/ftp/vorbis/oggdropgt2.exe

4. Beta4 version which hasn't coupled mode at all.
