[vorbis] Winamp support at last!

Actually it is the same plugin that is available there.  ;-)  I believe
Peter works for or is contracted by Nullsoft.  He's also recently taken over
development of a few of winamps other main plugins.  As noted earlier vorbis
is already included in the Beta versions of Winamp3 too so the future is
bright.  Good job Peter, the new version works wonderfully.
