[vorbis] Problem compiling libvorbis-1.0rc3 (fatal signal 11 with envelope.c)

It's a known and serious bug in that version of gcc. Certain optimisation
flags combine to cause bad crashes. Upgrading gcc to 3.0.x is highly
recommended (obviously, you can just change your CFLAGS if you don't
want to).
