[vorbis] Winamp support at last!

Well then you definetly don't hang around with Jr. High, High School or
College kids, cause that's what many of them do.  Maybe it doesn't make
sense to you, but that is one of the main uses of CD burners, making audio
CD's from downloaded MP3s.  It's also one of the reasons that portable MP3
players aren't dominating the market.  CD's are really cheap.
