[vorbis] Winamp support at last!

Yes, I've already upgraded my version :-)

Also, it seems the Ogg Vorbis support is a newer version of the popular
plugin from http://www.blorp.com/~peter.

I think this is a very big step towards bringing Ogg Vorbis to the
mainstream. People who have never heard of the codec before will wonder about this
extra feature and might be inclined to learn more about it. And simply not
having to find and download an appropriate plugin will motivate more people to try
out Vorbis.
