[vorbis] what quality ?

If you can stand to listen to 128kb/s MP3, then you'll probably find
vorbis acceptable at almost any setting.

Personally, I prefer -q5 (the lossless channel coupling seems to make a
significant difference), but I suspect most people would find -q3
adequate.
