It's not as easy to read, tag, or maintain.  From a human point of view.

Ben, you know where *I* stand on this.  I'm afraid your just taking the 
wrong tack here.  I could say I want a PARTNUMBER because it would be 
useful with a software project I'm working on - but I won't because I 
have a good idea that wouldn't get me anywhere! ;)

That's what I'm trying to do!  But you have to put things in the proper 
context.
