Generally yes. We just add something if it seems like a reasonable idea 
or (not that this has happened yet) is in wide use. LANGUAGE is a good 
one, and has also come up in the context of supporting multiple audio 
tracks (a la dvd-video).

Is there consensus that LANGUAGE should go in?
