Since Vorbis comments (the analog to ID3 in MP3) are free-form, you can invent
new fields if you so choose.  There is a list of standard field names, but
currently language and country of the artist do not have standard names.  You
could propose names for these fields (like LANGUAGE and ARTIST_COUNTRY) and
perhaps they could be added to the documentation.  

[To Jack/Monty/etc: Is the vorbis comment doc open to proposed field
names?  What is the process to get them added?]
