Ah, ha!  I was thinking that RC2 (as opposed to Beta4) had a lowpass 
which topped off at a certain level even into the highest bitrates.  I 
was wrong, but I bet my posts make more sense now. ;)

Now that ugliness is out of the way...Does anyone have any answers 
regarding the clip that I linked?  I'm suddenly more concerned. :P
