[vorbis] Scheduled Ogg streams for testing

O.k., I read this list for about five months now, but now I can not hold 
my EUR0.02 back :>)
What is the problem about defining a new URL-Type ?
You could define OGGS://www.bla.com/test.ogg or ICEC2://... and let the 
decoding program register this URL. The browser then starts the 
associated program when clicked on the link.
Isn't that the way RealStreams work ?
Just thought about it when clicking on a 'ED2K://...' URL :>)
