[vorbis] Again compile problems on win32

Hi,
I tried to compile oggenc.exe with the available oggenc.dsp, and got the
following error:
"fatal error U1052: file 'oggenc.mak' not found".
I'm using win2k and msvc 6 sp5. Perhaps someone can help me.
