[vorbis] Participate in listening tests

Just in case I didn't give a good enough reason to lend your ears:  this 
community has a chance to assert itself first in a quality discussion (when 
RC3 is released) instead of letting others such as the Washington Post or 
slashdot sense a vacuum and attempt to fill it (with less than optimal 
results).
