There's no legitimate legal basis for attacking vorbis. But corporations
(intel, m$, etc) file frivolous lawsuits to harass their competetion into
bankruptcy.

So the minute fraunhofer etc feel vorbis is a real threat to their
monopoly, they are guaranteed to file lawsuits.
