[vorbis] error in "encoder_example.c"

Hi Johan,
I get the same error using the dlls included with the SDK. I understand it
is the shared memory issue, discussed at some length either in this group or
Vorbis Dev over the past couple of months.
I rebuilt the dlls using the CVS source and now manage to get past that
error in the encoder example, only to find a similar error at the call to
vorbis_analysis_headerout a few lines later.
