[vorbis] Vorbis 1.0 before the end of the year?

To me it seems that a 1.0 decoder could be released, making people happy to
include support for Ogg Vorbis decoding in their apps, and the encoder could
continue to be worked on. Having not really poked around the code a lot, I
have to ask if there are many changes going on in the decoder?
It already sounds great to me, but I understand the need to implement all the
features before calling it a 1.0 release.
