[vorbis] OggDrop

Olaf,
While the minimalistic look of OggDrop is great, one "feature" that
would be really helpful on the OggDrop right-click menu is a small help
screen which tells you what OggDrop really does (menu item linked to
F1). This is based on the feedback I got from some students who have
been using OggDrop to encode files.
Some of the questions asked:

What type of files can be used as source?
Where does the encoded file go?
Why can't I encode MP3 files that are on my CD?
Can I drag and Drop *.cda type files directly from regular music CDs?

I'll forward more queries when I get them.
This is really end-user perspective, and it might help in the adoption
of oggdrop as an encoder.
