[vorbis] Copy a part of an Ogg/Vorbis file

I would really love to see an example of how to do this, too. I think
a nice simple GUI vorbis file manipulation tool would be great. Cut,
copy, paste, trim, etc. Nothing special, just enough for a bit of
splicing.

I'm currently working on writing a wave viewing widget for Qt in
anticipation of seeing some example code that shows me how to use
it with vorbis :)
