[vorbis] Vorbis stream up now

I tried listening with Winamp 2.72 (using the post-B4 plugin with the vorbis
comment editor). It played an instant of music (less than a second) and then
Winamp crashed in the Vorbis DLL. I tried it again and it played for a
while, then stopped suddenly, as if it thought the stream had ended.
I tried again with the B4 Winamp plugin. This works better; I haven't seen
it crash yet.
One interesting difference between B4 and B4+VCE is that with the
VCE-enabled plugin, my whole system seems sluggish, as if it's using
significantly more CPU time. As I was first writing this email, with the VCE
plugin running, there would be occasional pauses in my mail editor, where it
would fall behind my typing for a moment. That's not happening with the B4
plugin now.
The stream never plays for very long; anywhere from a few seconds to a few
minutes in, it just stops, and I have to restart it.
At the moment, I see it's playing something called "DLP - Prelude & Fugue in
A". Would I be making too great a leap to associate DLP with Dave L.
Phillips? Is that an identification of the Internet source, or the
performer, or the composer? (I don't recognize the piece.)
Oh, now I see Winamp with the B4 plugin has locked up. No crash; it's just
not responding, as if it's in an infinite loop.
