[vorbis] how much room for comments?

The comment fields are to be used only for small, text tages; the
exact reationale is spelled out in vorbis/doc/v-comment.html.  Anyone
willfully abusing the intent of the comment header witll suffer just
enough wrath to make them want to stop :-)

Yes, exactly.  It Will Be Done, it just isn't Done Yet.
