[vorbis] DVD 5.1 surround -> ogg ?

The current process is like this:
Downmix to 48KHz stereo WAV from AC-3/5.1
Encode to MP3 / Mux into AVI alongside DivX video.

Using Ogg instead of MP3 wouldn't make the situation worse, just
patent-free. :)
