[vorbis] Response to Ogg Vorbis comments

[What's C&G?]

As far as I know, iTunes uses QuickTime for its decoding, and separate
plugins for its encoding.

Maybe for _some_ definitions of "finished" and "functional", but I guess not
for the most common definitions of these.  But ask Steve of course, not me.
