[vorbis] Response to Ogg Vorbis comments

but they are buggy buggy buggy (not everyone has the newest bugfixed
beta installed). The Winamp plugin is excellent, but all other programs
I tried didn't played vorbis streams from icecast2 (macamp, unsanity,
sonique, xmms). But this is only a matter of time... :)
