Enough people replied with "oh, goody!"-type messages that I'm not
taking the easy way out this time -- it'll take a little longer, but
you'll get an ogg cd-ripper/encoder/tagger/mover that'll look nice, do
the progress indicators, rip-encode parallelism, etc. right, and any
other nice stuff you want. I should have something preliminary tonight
and finish it up tomorrow.

I'm looking at libcdaudio for CDDB support; if anyone else has code
for CDDB lookup I would be more than happy to take a look at it.
