[vorbis] Can I encode now?

Since I don't use CDex, I don't know (I use EAC for ripping and
Oggdrop for encoding). I guess that setting you described is
-b128 mode. If everything sounds OK to you, go for it.
Considering the purpose, I think it's all right.
