[vorbis] YAVTS (yet another vorbis test stream)

Same results on this end as well.

I'm using Winamp v2.76 on a Windows ME/PIII 800MHz/384MB over a 56kb dial-up
connection.  Besides stopping after about 10 seconds of playing, there was quite
a bit of prebuffering going on beforehand.
